Good things here

this is very high class locality where various celebrities houses are available. atmosphere is very calm and all the necessaries facilities that are required for our need is available easily. transportation facilities and various malls or shopping centres are available nearby.read more

I faced some issue regarding limited parking space and also very high traffic jams during peak hours on the road.read more

Good things here

This play is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Hospitals, shopping malls, D Mart, hotels, restaurants, theatres and more are easily accessible. The metro line provides transportation services easy and the area is also served by an cabs and autos. The beach is with the short walk and there is jetty for buying fresh fish. There are three public gardens in the area.read more

The metro station is a 6 km away, but the issue is the lack of parking spaces for vehicles. The roads are frequently damaged. Increase in dust and noise from ongoing construction projects lead to pollution. Traffic congestion is common, especially during rainy periods and peak hours. The parking for visitors vehicle is is not good enough here, roadside parking is also trouble for other passengers.read more

Talking about the locality thisproperty is located near Lokhandwala circle, Andheri west amongst all the Film star and big industry players. You get all transport service conviniently nearby and Versova-Ghatkopar Metro at 5 mins . Mumbai's famous Kokilaben Hospital is also near by. You get all medical and Grocery stores around.read more

To be honest I have been renting this flat for a quiet very long time, and till the date I've recieved nocomplaints regarding the society, water or Electricity. Its just if you stay good all is well.read more

The community is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is pleasant and while the rent is slightly steep, it is well worth for it. There are a variety of amenities nearby, including hospitals, banks, general stores, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The connectivity is being excellent railway station and metro station is close by. Cabs and auto rickshaws are available readily.read more

The area is known for its street dogs and the frequent traffic congestion particularly during the evening time. The security is not up to the mark with no surveillance cameras around here. The police patrolling is not so efficient especially at night. Parking is a challenge especially for visitors, roadside parking of vehicles is also trouble for other passengers to pass by. The pollution level is significantly high here.read more
