Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house buys plot in Juhu Gaothan

The company paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.87 crore for the plot.

Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the production house of Sajid Nadiadwala has bought a 7,470 sqft plot in Juhu Gaothan, Andheri (West) for Rs 31.3 crore, mentioned documents accessed by Indextap.com.

The transaction was registered on April 10, 2023 between Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Portion Trading. Purchased at Rs 41,900 per sqft, the company paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.87 crore for the plot.

Nadiadwala’s family has been in the business of films from 1955 and has produced over 200 films.
