Boney Kapoor and daughters Jahnvi, Khushi sell 4 flats for over Rs 12 cr

Two apartments were sold to Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan while the other two were sold to Muskan Bahirwani and Lalit Bahirwani.

Boney Kapoor, alongside his daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, recently concluded the sale of four flats in Andheri West, Mumbai, marking a significant real estate transaction totaling over Rs 12 crore, according to property documents available on Zapkey.com.

The deal included the sale of two flats to Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan for Rs 6.02 crore. The agreement to sell was registered on November 2, 2023. These apartments, positioned on the first floor of the Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, boast a substantial built-up area of 1870.57 square foot (sqft) each and comes with one open car parking space.

In a separate transaction, Muskan Bahirwani and Lalit Bahirwani acquired two units in the same complex for Rs 6 crore, as confirmed by the agreement executed on October 12, 2023. These units, measuring 1614.59 sqft each, feature two open car parking spaces.

It’s noteworthy that in 2022, the Kapoor family made headlines by jointly purchasing a lavish duplex unit spanning 6,421 sqft in Kubelisque Building on Pali Hill, Bandra West for Rs 65 crore.
