This area has a lot of potential for growth, but it seems like the lack of traffic might be a bit of a deterrent for some. However, there are some great schools in the area, which could be a big draw for families with children. It's also worth noting that while the nearest metro station is a bit of a distance away, there are other forms of public transportation available that could make commuting easier.
