Unfortunately, the parking situation for two-wheelers is chaotic and often crowded, which can be quite inconvenient. The frequent issue of muddy water, followed by plumber visits to fix it, is frustrating. Rain seepage problems have persisted for the 4-4. 5 years I've lived here, which is disappointing. The most disappointing aspect has been the non-operational swimming pool since I moved in, despite paying maintenance fees. It's been a constant source of frustration, especially as I look forward to using such amenities. read more

Transportation was convenient as the society was on the main road. Construction quality was great with newer buildings. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, medical store, and grocery store were available. Maintenance was good, and elevators were functioning well. The people were friendly, and the neighbors were good. There was a huge traffic issue outside the society, especially at the toll gate from 9 pm to 6 pm. Despite the good amenities, there was a need for more common garden areas and play areas. The constant traffic during peak hours could be bothersome. Additionally, the lack of spacious outdoor areas for children and relaxation was a drawback. More green spaces and recreational areas would have improved the living experience. read more
