Good things here

Adyar is land with commercial establishment including corporate offices IT park and retail spaces. many prominent company and business has been set up office here making it important business district. it is also home for the several reputed University colleges and schools making it prefer location for family. transport facility that very good. read more

due to commercial importance and residential growth hair there are very high traffic jam and with going numbers of vehicles and construction along with cause and noise pollution. read more

Good things here

The transport connectivity in this area is excellent featuring auto stand bus stand and on nearby metro station. all cab services and delivery services are really awesome. CCTV camera are also available for added security. Rents is also affordable. No power cuts and water supply issues. read more

Things need improvement

The evening traffic is very high for contributing to pollution. most of footpath are crowded with streets vendors and often park along the sides of the road in some areas. Additionally there are numerous potholes on road. read more

There is no water shortage problem here many green park and playground available for people clean and hygiene areas no pollution public transportation is best cricket ground and football academy available nearby. safe at night and rarel crime reported. read more

Sometime facing power cutting problem 2 to 3 hours good hospital and medical services very far away sometime facing heavy rush and heavy traffic jam in this area expensive area per middle class family. read more
