The residents are very friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups, adding to the convenience. Parking areas are well-organized and visitor parking is available. The availability of a party hall for functions adds to the convenience. Nearby hospitals in the city provide accessible healthcare options. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents. Plans to enhance security from July will further ensure safety in the society, which already boasts good security measures. The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together, like Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Independence Day, and Republic Day.
