There are malls, markets, schools and hospitals are within 2 km distance are available in the society . The society offers modern amenities like clubhouse, play area, park, and gardens, all well-maintained with timely cleaning. Residents enjoy spending time in the gardens. Garbage collection is punctual, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Ventilation is good and Sunlight also comes properly into the building. . Water logging isn't a big issue either. The society has lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards that are well-maintained. The maintenance charges per month are 2500 rupees for 1 BHK . Public transport like autos and buses are easily available around the society. There are two types of parking allotted in the society: covered and uncovered. read more

Covered and uncovered. There have been some issues regarding pets because some pet owners do not follow the rules properly. They take their pets to areas other than the designated ones allowed by the society. Metro is not there . read more

Good things here

The society is very well connected. I can easily get autos, cabs, metro, trains, and buses. The roads here don't have traffic problems. Maintenance is really good. They clean regularly, collect garbage, have working lifts, clean water tanks, and fix any issues quickly. The construction is strong with no seepage, leaks, or cracks. The flats have good ventilation and a lot of sunlight. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, and people get along well. We celebrate various festivals together. read more

Things need improvement

We don't have any amenities available in the society like there are no gyms, no swimming pools , no club house, this is the thing that somewhat disappoints me. Apart from this, there are no such issues. read more

I appreciate that there are no likes for me in this society. I really like living here�everything is well-connected, and the community is very welcoming. I also enjoy how everyone comes together to celebrate festivals, which adds to the overall atmosphere. read more
