Good things here

The connectivity is excellent as the roads are well laid and the university is nearby if we book Ola and Uber. There is only kids' play area available. Maintenance should be improved, especially the water facilities, which are very good. Power backups are available, and garbage collection is very good. The construction quality is very good, and there are no issues. The buildings are well-maintained. It is a small community with good greenery. Public transportation, including buses, is available within a walkable distance, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The parking area is very safe, and we can park one car in the parking area. Hospitals are available within a 1-2 km distance. read more

Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society. There is no metro nearby, making it very inconvenient. Additionally, there is no visitors' parking in the society. read more
