Good things here

This is a very stabilized and well developed area with proper maintenance of security and literally everything is available in this area near by. this area has various facilities available nearby like schools malls hospitals and several restaurants. public transportation facilities is also very good.read more

Things need improvement

To provide this much of comfort the maintenance cost of this area is very high according to me it will be hard to thrive here.read more

it's boast a mix of well developed apartment complexes.independent house,and villas, offering diverse options for homeowners . there is several reputed educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and coaching centres, making it and attractive location for family with children. the area is well served by Chennai public transport.read more

there is heavy traffic jam. the population density has increased and it leading to a more congested environment and a reduction in the quality of public spaces like parks and Street.read more

Good things here

our neighbours are very friendly with us. pollution is very less here and market is located within the range of around 1 km. frequent police petroling is done here and lots of schools are also located in the grounding. no crimes are reported until now from our location.read more

we face power cut issues and sometimes we face also parking issues in this locality. traffic congestion is also a problem.read more

the area is a lovely place to call home. it is well known for its attraction like variety of education centre shopping mall cinemas and hospital. the air quality in the area is considered good both the local government and resident are working together to increase the number of plants for a healthy environment.read more
