Good things here

The area is surrounded by plenty of trees and the quality of water is good. The parks are within 3 km radius and it's easy to go out for morning walk. The roads are narrow and shopping malls are at walkable distance. The grocery shops, essential stores, appartment, street foods are easily available.read more

Things need improvement

There is more traffic jams mainly during rainy days. The parking of vehicles is a major problem in our locality. The street lights are very less and most of the street lights are broken. The market is 3 km away but the problem is the area is more crowded in most of the time. The metro connection is 7 km away.read more

The gym , grocery shops are nearby . The trees are so many in our area and the parks are at walkable distance . The shopping malls , PVR malls , good hotels , restaurants , market and some street foods are available within 3 km radius . There are so many gardens and the schools , colleges , banks are within 2 km .read more

There is more power cut during rain falls and it's not a good idea to go out at late night because there is very less street lights on the roads and most of the street lights are not working . There is more problem regarding parking of vehicle and the streets are not properly maintained in our area .read more

sushant lok 1 is one of the best and premium locations to live . There is no problem of any water shortage. Malls are also near for shopping and development is good.
