Good things here
Wakad is one of the fastest growing areas of Pune where all the facilities are well connected and easily accessible. transportation facilities is awesome and easily accessible also. the locality houses has very good infrastructure and vibrant atmosphere of the environment.read more

The atmosphere all around the house is very pleasant and green. Water and electricity supply is always available. Facilities like gym, lift and CCTV camera are available. Good schools and hospitals are available near the house. Public transportation facility is also good. Cabs, taxis and buses are easily available.read more

Roads have not been built in many places. In some places, construction work is still going on, due to which there is a lot of noise and pollution. There are often traffic jams on the main road.read more

The locality here is very nice and all the amenities are present, this society is just beside the Wakad police station and all the necessary shops are nearby. In the evening there is a lot more traffic and going out in the evening is very difficult specially on weekends. Whenever you are need in some thing in urgent and if it is in the evening time then it is very difficult as due to the corporate rush it creates a huge traffic jam.read more
