Construction quality were superb. With no prufe of leaks aur seepage. Society has spacious park within our society. This park not only provides ample space for children to play and enjoy recreational activities but also fosters strong bonds within our community. Another highlight of our society is the parking area, which is well-maintained and spacious. It is designed with durable materials to prevent any cracks or leakage, demonstrating our commitment to quality and attention to detail. Society have operational CCTV cameras and elevators in place. These contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our community by enhancing safety and convenience for all residents.read more

Things need improvement

There were issues with street dogs which pose a danger to the children of the society. Elevators were not working properly. Additionally, there were issues with cleanliness.read more

I love how everything I need is nearby like schools, hospitals, and markets are all within reach. The connectivity is a big plus, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are in good shape. Each resident has designated parking, which is really convenient. The garbage collection is well-organized with proper segregation. The elevators are well-maintained. The construction quality is top-notch, no issues with seepage or termites, and the ventilation is great. Plus, the plaster and fittings are solid.read more

Being a standalone building, there aren�۪t any amenities, which is a bit of a letdown. Also, with only one apartment per floor, there isn�۪t much interaction with neighbors, though they seem nice. Other than that, everything else is really good.read more

The locality was very good; you could easily access everything. Public transport like autos and rickshaws was readily available outside the society. Nearby, malls, markets, and grocery shops were all accessible. The construction quality was excellent with good ventilation and no issues like seepage. Cleaning was done very well, and maintenance of amenities like lifts and CCTV was proper. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati were celebrated together.read more

There was an issue with water logging, similar to what happens throughout Mumbai, which was a drawback. Otherwise, everything inside the society was excellent. Overall, I had a positive experience there.read more
