New housing society on Mysore Road, very close to Pattanagere Metro station. Just takes 22 minutes by metro to reach Majestic.read more

Not yet fully occupied, It is still maintained by the builder. RWA is yet to be formed. The maintenance charges are Rs 3 per sq ft.read more

Not a good apartment to live. Fight for basic facility daily, no power back up, temp current, water issue, parking problem, no amenity, Living here is a fight itself.

Life inside the complex will change you. I have been here for a few months now and can understand the difference. The facilities are perfectly managed by the internal staff.

The quality of the construction is not good. I have checked the entire complex but did not find a good property to invest. The management is also not supportive or assistive.
