Good things here

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if booked through Ola and Uber until 8 PM. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available, using both bore wells and tankers. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 500 meters from the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.read more

Things need improvement

There are no visitor parking facilities in the society. There are no metro stations nearby either. The construction quality is somewhat problematic, but the association assures they will rectify these issues.read more
