The society's connectivity is the main and best feature, owing to its location on the main road and easy access to all major facilities, such as supermarkets, vegetable shops, barber shops, and salons, all within walking distance from the society. Additionally, the bus stop is conveniently located just outside the society. Maintenance in this society is commendable, with the surroundings well-maintained to high hygiene standards. Garbage collection and disposal systems are efficient. The society has excellent amenities including a gym, a small park, and a swimming pool. I moved out of that society around three years ago. During my time there, the amenities within the society were not modern. There were no facilities like a mini theatre, walking tracks, or major indoor game facilities.read more

Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance from the society, making it very convenient. Amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, table tennis, kids' play areas, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. The metro is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, which is very convenient. Maintenance in the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and power backup. Garbage collection is also well-managed. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, adding to the convenience.read more

The construction quality is poor; there is a leak in the east, mainly during the rainy season. There is also a lot of noise in the flats. The greenery outside the society should be improved.read more
