Plus, the property prices have been going up a lot lately, which makes it a really smart investment choice for sellers. And there are so many different amenities available here, which really makes it attractive to buyers and renters alike.read more

I'm not a fan of how congested it gets around here and the lack of good public transport options. It can make commuting a real hassle for residents. And if there are a lot of maintenance issues and the charges are high within the society, it might make potential buyers or renters think twice about choosing this project. I wasn't happy about how high the maintenance charges ended up being, and there were always things that needed fixing. Plus, the construction quality wasn't great�I noticed a lot of cracks in the walls and the plaster was peeling in some places.read more
