Good things here

During my time living there, I found no issues whatsoever. Everything functioned smoothly, from the ease of getting around to the quality of maintenance and construction. The amenities provided were comprehensive and served the needs of the residents well. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience of living there.read more

Good things here

I appreciate the good connectivity and the easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and having a market nearby is very convenient. We have a regular supply of electricity and water, and the elevators are installed and well-maintained. Inside the apartments, proper ventilation is provided, and there is regular garbage collection with effective wet and dry garbage segregation.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is very poor, with frequent seepage issues inside the apartments. Additionally, there are no amenities in the society except for a play area. The neighbors are average, with some causing disturbances. I also believe that the security in the society could be improved.read more

Good things here

Connectivity in this society is good . Parking space is sufficient here, it can accommodate the vehicles of all the residents. We can find Autos, cabs and rickshaws easily here. People here are good and engaging. There is no issue regarding construction, we don't face any issues like seepage or cracks either. Ventilation is quite good in the flats. Maintenance facilities are also okay with lift facilities available and cleanliness is properly taken care of.read more

There is a problem regarding water supply. The supply of water gets restricted for 7-8 hours once in a week. Apart from this, there are no gyms, swimming pools and club houses in the society.read more

Kurla is famous as one of the busiest and most vibrant suburbs of Mumbai. The area is divided into two parts: East and West. The locality of Kurla is surrounded by well known neighborhoods like Chembur, Ghatkopar, Andheri, Saki Naka, Bandra Kurla Complex, Sion Dharavi and Chunabhatti. The famous Mithi River enters through the North-West corner of Kurla and empties itself into the Mahim Creek at the Southern end. Kurla East and West are separated by the Central Railway Line. Hauled as one of the busiest Railway Stations, the Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) is a major junction for out-station passenger and express trains.
