Thankfully, we've never encountered any construction challenges, and our apartment enjoys good ventilation and air circulation. We're quite social and have a great rapport with our neighbors. In terms of connectivity, we have supermarkets, grocery stores, and auto-rickshaws conveniently available within the community. The street lights function properly, and there's plenty of parking space. Nearby, within 3 km, we have access to hospitals and schools. The community amenities are fantastic, including a swimming pool, a small practice net, a lawn tennis court, table tennis, a basketball court, a community hall, a walking track, a children's play area, and a garden.
