Because it is on the 5th floor and overlooks the swimming pool, the flat has plenty of ventilation. The flooring tiles chosen are good.

The neighbourhood has ample greenery and has a very positive ambience. Taxis and autos are available anytime to travel in and around the locality. All types of food agencies and online shopping sites will deliver here. Definitely a good place to stay for bachelors and families.

Flats are very expensive and very few bus stops are available. Traffic jams cannot be avoided during peak hours. The roads are not that wide and parking space is inadequate, thus residents park their vehicles on the road itself. This leads to traffic congestion.

It is a rapidly developing place. NH-44 passes through it and so the public transportation is quiet good. It has all the necessary facilities like restaurants, parks, malls and trade centres. Buses, autos and taxis are easily available from the locality premises.

The locality is crowded and the absence of metro connectivity is a notable issue here, although metro lines are being extended rapidly. Streets also should be maintained with street lights. The locality has a lot of potential to grow but the current pricing of real estate is not justified.

Our area is very clean and hygienic. There are schools, hospitals, colleges and shopping malls around. Transportation facilities are available anytime. One can easily get access to metro facilties by taking an auto from the premises and there is a local railway station close to the locality as well.

The access to a major road is one of the biggest plus points of the locality, along with the overall demand for residential property here. This is already pushing prices upwards and I am happy that I bought earlier at a reasonable rate.

Will not dent your pocket yet but several posh socieities and other layouts have already started coming up here. They already provide the best of the amenities and mine is no different. I am really happy with my stay here.
