Good things here

The locality is maintained everytime and never faced pollution issue. The Power cuts of the locality is very rare . All the great schools , hospitals , malls are located nearby. The quality of the road is very good but sometimes the traffic increase. The Streetlights are always working.

Kandigai has a pleasant environment. There are schools and colleges nearby. There will be no power outages. There are parks within walking distance. Roads that are clean and safe. Rainwater harvesting technologies ensure that there is no water scarcity.

At the intersection area of the Kandigai locality, you can do all of your shopping. Within 2 kilometres, there are 3-4 hospitals, including a medical college. The public transport system is excellent.

There are several houses around this location, and the Kubera temple is 500 metres away.There are many CBSE schools nearby, and tagore medical college, engineering college, and ramanujar engineering college are one and a half kilometres apart, as are five supermarkets.This location is regarded great for investment and can be used to build a house right away. Siruseri's IT hub is fairly close by.
