Good things here

The locality is absolutely safe. Noice free area. Metro station are at 10 minute walking distance This place is best for family as well as bachelors.Family once come will never want shift again to some other place and once bachelors come will not feel kike they are away from family .

one of the best place you will find across delhi. clean roads, good buildings, good neighbors, well mantained and furnished road with full connectivity with all best places.

You should definitely visit it for once and you will come across to know that this is one of the best place in delhi in each sector in each particular thing but sometimes traffic is a minor issue.

Street is well-lit at night, many shops and businesses nearby (Lal quarter area). Basic facilities like schools, shops, restaurants, and hospitals are at walking distance. Traffic is low since it's a neighbourhood area. Suitable for all weathers, no water-clogging due to wide roads and good sewage system. Street is clean at all times as well.
