Sector 34 is one of the developing localities in Gurgaon in terms of Real Estates. This locality has gained popularity because its vicinity to the Infopark which is a leading commercial hub in Gurgaon.

Information Technology park or the Infocity- a prominent commercial hub in Gurgaon is less than 2kms away from Sector 34. The locality is primarily a commercial area with a property of distribution percentage of 77% for commercial space; the remaining 23% is the residential space which consists of apartments and residential plots. This locality is blissful for the working professionals and the demand of apartments in Sector 34 has escalated because of the locality being good in terms of connectivity to Delhi and Gurgaon via the National Highway (NH-8) and the Sohan Road being close to it. This makes the other parts of Gurgaon and Delhi to be accessible by the residents of this locality. The low prices of the properties have made it affordable to common man and helped Sector 34 Real Estate grow immensely. The renowned builders in Secto34 include Huda and CHD Developers. There is availability of a few 1 and 3 BHK flats in Sector 34. Though there are plots on sale, Independent houses in Sector 34 are yet to be built. One of the upcoming projects in Sector 34 of CHD is the CHD Resortico. It will offer a luxurious lifestyle to the residents with the latest amenities. As the commercial area is nearby, the rental market has grown over the years. Nearby localities of Sector 34 are Sector 48, Sector 47, Sector 39, Sector 38, Sector 37C, Sector 37D, Sector 10A, Sector 15, Sector 31 and Sector 33.

Reasons to invest in Sector 34

Taking the price trends in Sector 34 into consideration, there is a depreciation of property prices over the last one year. The vicinity of the Infocity has contributed to the growth of the rental market of the locality. The major issues of Sector 34 are limited number and variety of residential properties and also frequent power cuts which goes up to 8-10 hours sometimes. However, with the upcoming Resortico project and the proposed Metro Dwarka-Gurgaon connectivity, it won’t be a bad decision to invest in this area as there will be price appreciation of the residential properties for sure in the near future.
