Sector 38 is a premium sector that offers ready independent houses and residential apartments by city-based developers. This area is well-connected to all the nearby locations. Under-maintained sector roads lead to several accidents in the locality.

This sector has all the amenities and excellent infrastructure. This locality provides excellent connectivity. I get easy access to mini-markets in this sector. Less water pressure leads to a shortage in the water supply.

Sector 38 is a premium locality in Chandigarh. I get good educational institutions and health care centers nearby. I get many transport options in this area. My only complaint is the irregular garbage collection system.
