The coordinates are 17.3267°N 78.2752°E and while the altitude is 566 metres. The Gram Panchayat of Moinabad is the governing authority of the area. The Panchayat has its own wards with every one having an elected representative. Telugu and English are spoken in the area.

One of the biggest positive aspects is that Moinabad is slowly developing. Earlier, there were no facilities and amenities available. In this locality, cabs are not available. Metro Station is also not nearby. But, overall, it is a safe place.

In Moinabad there are beautifully designed flats are available. There is no water shortage in this locality. Moinabad is developing day by day. Another thing is that many renowned developers are constructing residential and commercial projects here in Moinabad.

The locality is nice. The surrounding has mostly residential buildings and houses. The road connectivity with the city is good in this locality. Even public security is good in this locality. The weather is moderate.

Sadly there is no metro connectivity in this locality. However, the locality is good for residential purposes. The problem is that the traffic is very high in this locality. Also, a few roads are not maintained properly.

It is a good society located in Hyderabad. All basic facilities are nearby, like schools, colleges, etc. One of the most important things is that there are fewer power cuts problems here than anywhere else. There are many apartment options for tenants.
