Najafgarh is a city in the South West Delhi district of Delhi, India. Located on the outskirts of South West Delhi, Najargarh borders Haryana owing to which it homes both urban and rural people from Delhi and Haryana. Najafgarh was named after Mirza Najaf Khan, a ‘Kiledar’ or ‘Fort Administrator’ of the Mughal Empire during the 16th Century AD. It became a part of independent India and was taken under the union territory of Delhi in 1947. In 1993, Najafgarh Assembly Constituency was formed. The latitude and longitude of Narjafgarh are 28.6090° N and 76.9855° E, respectively. With an area of 27.98 sq km, Najafgarh has a population of 322717, including 172427 males and 150290 females, with a population density of 11531 people per sq km (according to the records of 2020). The postal head office is Najafgarh, and the pin code is 110043. Najafgarh has a Subtropical steppe climate. Here, the yearly temperature is 31.06ºC, and it is 5.09% higher than India’s average temperature. Najafgarh generally receives about 14.23 millimeters (0.56 inches) of precipitation annually. The city is the birthplace of many famous personalities like Virendra Sehwag, Krishna Yadav, Chaudhary Brahm Prakash, and many more.

Good things here

The transportation near our loaclity is awesome and the availablity of cabs is also decent here the availablity of school, malls and restaurant is also excellent yhe electrical charges are pretty decent too.

Things need improvement

We faces water sortages in our loaclity frequently even though the electrical charges are decent we get frequent power cuts, the quality of roads is not as it has to be the water clogging situation during monsoons is not good.

Good things here

The Property is two side open , front side is 21 ft cc lane and back side is 13ft cc lane. Property got the DJB water supply in its Area and equipped with Sewer line in both back and front lane. Property is just 1km from Dhansa Bus Stand (Metro Station) . Property is Situated in peaceful Area with no Traffic movement or noise etc. Higher Secondary school , Hospitals are in proximity. Cabs and E Rickshaw are easily available. Nearest Bus stop is just 500 m. There is no water logging during Monsoon and roads are well maintained . Local market is nearby and various grocery stores are nearby

Only few thing i feel is not good like high pollution and unhygienic and very frequent crimes. All other things are very good and nice maintained such parks, schools, grocery stores, banks, etc.
