Away from the hustle and bustle of Najafgarh where Sehwag grew up, he bought this palatial farmland of one acre in Hauz Khas, adjacent to some of the wealthiest Delhi residents in a super exclusive location. This means that the entire plot will be valued at roughly Rs. 130.86 crore, while the bungalow itself and other structures will have a separate value. The land also has massive green lawns that are landscaped, garages for accommodating a growing collection of luxury cars and enclosures that house his canine friends, as seen in some Virender Sehwag house inside pics.
