Good things here

It is near to schools, hospitals, public transport, National highway, no pollution, its a 100 ft road, near by sai baba temple , petrol bunk, grocery shops all are walkable distance.

Autos and Cabs easily available

Wide and spacious roads

Low traffic

Public transport accessible

No water logging on roads

Great Schools nearby

Hospitals are accessible

Accessible local markets

Good restaurants

Decent residents

Safe in the night
