Good things here

If you are starting a new job in Noida, this is a place where you can rent a room or a house pretty cheaply. Metro station is at a walking distance and so is the DTC bus stop. This place is extremely near to sec 18 Noida which has the best malls and restaurants of the area.

Extremely overcrowded and no space for 4 wheelers even 2 wheelers are difficult to rise during the day as the roads are completely occupied by street vendors. The place has smaller houses and very small rooms which is not suitable for families.

Good things here

New Ashok Nagar is suitable for youngsters who came to NCR for work. It is highly affordable, you can get a PG or a room at extremely low rates. There's a metro station at a walking distance and a DTC bus stop as well making it quite suitable for office commute. It's a central point that connects well with the rest of NCR.

Extremely overcrowded, very small sized multi storey buildings that are full of bachelors. You cannot drive or park a 4 wheeler during the day because the roads are narrow and mostly occupied by street vendors during the daytime. Not suitable for families as well, majority of the crowd consists of youngsters who are working in Noida.

Good things here

The place is soo demanding due to its cheap flats and rooms available for rent, and also it's easily accessible connectivity from the metro makes it more demanding, although there no such society kind of thing here but the unorganised society too caters in a good and decent way

The locality is maintained by MCD and Delhi government and its upto the mark only as the society is not that clean. although I never faced any kind of. problem here but it's upto to you and your building owner.
