Moti Bagh has a very good environment. Moti Bagh connects to the major localities. It has excellent social infrastructure. Roads are well maintained. So, no need for extra caution when travelling on the roads here.

Many government flats surround this location. Begum Zaidi Market and Basurkar Market are the two primary markets. Everything, everything, is available here. Charak Palika is the only government hospital in the area. It has approximately 5-6 government high schools and primary schools. There are also various dentistry clinics. A train station, Safdarjung Railway Station, is nearby. There are also two Metro stations nearby.

It is a posh locality. The locality has schools, colleges, metro, etc. Therefore, good for families. However, Moti Bagh is an expensive locality. Also, frequent traffic jams happen in this area. The huge availability of transport makes life much easier here.

The neighbourhood is fairly nice; it is surrounded by good food stores, schools, and a Gurudwara. The roads are well-lit and well-connected, with bus stops and a metro station nearby. It also contains a number of tiny parks and play areas. Overall, the neighbourhood is a wonderful place to live. The area is safe at night, thanks to frequent police patrols.
