Just 3 Mins from Dum Dum Metro station. Exclusive rights to two private terraces measuring 750 sqft. Safe colony on a 30 ft wide lane off the well connected Dum Dum Road. Open to sky on all four sides. Airy and Bright rooms. High quality marble flooring. Private water tank at ground level as well as terrace with own exclusive pump.
