Good things here

In this society, one standout feature is its excellent security. The guards go above and beyond, not only ensuring the safety of residents but also facilitating the smooth delivery of online orders. Connectivity is top-notch, with essential amenities just a short 5 to 10-minute journey away. The surroundings are meticulously maintained, with cleanliness being a top priority, while most flats boast ample ventilation for a comfortable living experience. Additionally, residents can enjoy a range of amenities including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and convenient parking options. read more

Things need improvement

In this society, residents are grappling with various challenges, particularly concerning electricity backups, poorly maintained elevators, and prolonged wait times for issue resolutions. Seepage problems stemming from older constructions add to their woes, while the swimming pool's consistently dirty water reflects subpar maintenance standards. read more
