Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. constructuion quality is good in the buuildings, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. tennis court is also available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. read more

Bus stops and buses are not available outside the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it takes a long time for the electricity to come back. Paintings are not done on common areas on time as some people in the society extended their areas in common areas for which paintings are not done. Schools aur market hain society ke paas mein. Construction quality acha hai society ka, no seepage/leakage issues here. Time to time painting hota hai society mein. Maintenance was the best, everything was on time. Complaint hota tha wahan toh bht jaldi resolve ho jata tha. Issue resolution was very quick. Amenities like gym , swimming pool & clubhouse sab tha society mein. Log acche the society, cooperative the , accha atmosphere tha society mein. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity itna acha nahi hai wahan ka, metro toh kaafi door hai around 4 km from society, and sharing public transport bhi thoda door se milta hai, so yeh issues hain. read more

Transport connectivity near the society was satisfactory with easy availability of public transport options like autos and rikshaws. Market areas were close by. Maintenance quality is fine with CCTVs and Elevators being installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. read more
