Good things here

Garbage collection was punctual, and the cleaning staff were very good. The security guards were also helpful and had a very pleasant nature. There was a lift available in the society. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park were all available and well-maintained. All festivals, such as Diwali and Holi, were celebrated. Ventilation was good, and there were no issues with seepage or other problems. The locality was excellent and well-connected to the main road, so transportation like autos and buses were easily available. read more

Things need improvement

There used to be a significant issue with pet dogs here. The owners would bring their pets into the lift, which made me uncomfortable because I was afraid of dogs. There were also issues with power cuts, causing delays in the lights coming back on, and occasional problems with water supply. read more

The lifts operate smoothly, and there are no water logging issues due to an effective drainage system. Water supply and electricity are reliable without any major issues. The society enjoys good connectivity with easy access to public transport such as autos, cabs, and buses. The residents are generally sociable and friendly. read more

The construction quality in my society is very poor, with frequent seepage, leakage, and issues with wall and door quality. Termite problems are also common. Unfortunately, amenities like a swimming pool and gym are not available here. read more
