The highway is just a 2-minute walk from the society, providing excellent connectivity with malls, cinema halls, markets, and public transport easily accessible nearby. Water is available 24/7 and is clean, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The people are nice, and festivals are celebrated together. The lifts are well-maintained, and bachelors are allowed. Additionally, there is 24/7 power backup.read more

The society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, garden, and play area. As a result, children end up playing in the parking area.read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Paintings are done on time. constructuion quality is very good in the Flats, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Park is available for the kids to play. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the societyread more

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. There are water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is not good around the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. CCTV is not installed inside premises of the society.
