Good things here
The roads surrounding our society have seen significant improvement, which is a positive development. Nearby, we have schools and hospitals readily accessible, making it convenient for residents. However, there's a notable lack of proper maintenance within the society itself.read more

The society didn't offer much positive experience for me due to troublesome local residents, prompting my decision to leave. Access to public transport required going to the main road nearby. While construction was average, there were issues like water leakage from the washroom area. The lack of allotted parking caused inconvenience. Additionally, the water supply was unreliable, and amenities were limited to an unmaintained garden without proper grass.read more

Transportation connectivity near the society is adequate, with readily available auto and cab services. The roads are in good condition, and maintenance is commendable, with no drainage or waterlogging issues observed. Electricity supply is consistent and timely. The construction quality is satisfactory, with no insect infestations and well-maintained walls. CCTVs are installed for security purposes, and there is a small garden area. The residents are courteous and respectful.read more

Good things here
The Build quality of Sun Simpolo is amazing and top notch as there was no leakage and seepage issues in the society,Rooms were spacious and balcony were attached. Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors. 24 hours water and electricity supply is available in the society. Local tranport was easily available and society was neat clean and well maintained. Proper ventilation and sunlight is available.read more
Things need improvement
The main drawbacks faced is that the Metro faciltiies are not available near by the society. There is no amenities in the society only one small park and lift is available in the society. Power back up connection has been given to common areas only and does not cover the whole society.read more
