Good things here
My experience living in the society was truly wonderful. The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to local transport. Reliable water and electricity supply ensured convenience for daily needs. Security was well-managed, with dedicated guards at the entrance. A proactive maintenance team took care of all aspects of the society. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and green park were available and well-maintained. The lifts were in excellent condition. The community was friendly and cooperative, and we celebrated all festival functions together. Pets were allowed, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a beautiful and enjoyable stay in�that�society.read more

The roads surrounding our society are well-maintained, and cleanliness is prioritized within the premises. Fortunately, my flat doesn't encounter any leakage or seepage issues. We're lucky to enjoy amenities like a play area and garden. The community is friendly, and I appreciate having a balcony in my flat. Security measures are up-to-date with app management, and parking is ample for both residents and guests. Moreover, the lifts are in good condition, and the recent painting job adds to the overall upkeep.read more

The distance to the metro and local railway station from our society is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we lack amenities like a gym or swimming pool within the society premises.read more

The society has excellent connectivity with access to autos, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good roads. There are no traffic issues. Maintenance is great with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and prompt issue resolution. Construction is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks and good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, play area, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly with good interaction and no noise issues.read more
