It's quite a distance from the city center, and although public transportation is an option, it's on the pricey side. Additionally, getting through the entry gate can be more of a hassle compared to what you'd expect in a typical community.read more

This area is fantastic! You have a hospital within walking distance, and a metro station just 1 km away, making transportation easy. Schools are nearby too, which is convenient.
