Good things here

This residential cum commercial property is at a prominent location at the back side of very busy main Gandhi Market near to Pankha Road. The said property is in the neighbourhood of four shops already running successfully. And some more shops have also been constructed which may be operational at any time. One can opt to convert this property into commercial office or may remain to be used for both residential and commercial purpose. This property is on the 20 feet busy road open from both ends and these both ends joins already busy commercial markets. Price is negotialble.

Things need improvement

One need to convert this residential property into commercial, if required. Otherwise this is like connaught place of Sagarpur.

Sagarpur is well balanced locality for every class of living. Roads and streets are good. Near by 3 Metro Stations Dabri,Dashrath puri and Palam. Delhi Cantt and Palam Railway Stationis near by. 2 senior secondary schools and many juniors school available. Famous Gandhi market here for shopping and 4 weekly markets available. 3 vegetables and fruits market everyday. Doctors clinic, hospital dispensary available. And many more.
