Sector 43, located along Golf Course Road, is one of the most prestigious areas in all of Gurgaon. MG Road and the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway are both conveniently close by. Daily commuters benefit from the accessibility provided by three nearby metro stations. In the city, citizens have it made easier by the close proximity of Golf Course Road to prestigious educational institutions, medical facilities, and businesses. Access to major highways is convenient in this area because of the proximity of Golf Course Road, NH-48, and MG Road. Good things here

one of the best place for residents to live in. Wide and spacious road with parking facility. Also metro station is at nearby distance. Hospital, school and parks are also available in this region.

The main problem is low supply of water and high pollution. Although the water tanker facility is available but sometimes it becomes too difficult.

Fully Furnished Luxury 1 BHK equipped with not only basic amenities but to match your lifestyle such as Daily Professional Housekeeping, Terrace Garden and Laundry.

Things need improvement

Power cuts (as it is Gurgaon) but we have Power Backup strong enough to power your AC. No Laundry nearby but we got you covered as laundry is part of your rent.

Things need improvement

the Best public transport facility is available here. Roads are maintained very well. Many schools are located in our surrounding areas with best education facilities. Hospitals with good healthcare facilities are also available here. Many shops are present in the surroundings.

connectivity is really good as local veg market and clothing stores are at a walking distance....there is large green space as small garden in front of apartment with benches...malls and hospitals are also nearby...lots of space for parking for cars and bike..safe for women in nignt as there is many working street lights and all are in working conditions police petroling also there in night 2-3 times...

main problem is construction quality as in many places there is putty detachment and cracks on walls... plumber work is also a problem frequent water leakage in many places... security is also problem as many time outside people come in complex... neighbours are not as good as there is many times fighting between neighbours for small matters...water logging in many places and road conditions are not as good...
