Good things here

Schools and malls are all nearby within a kilometer. Electricity charges are decent, and power cuts are comparatively low Water supply is adequate . Roads are wide and traffic is low, water logging is average in monsoon. Neighbours are friendly and there is no particular crime history.

There are barely and cons. Though the flat is kinda old fashioned, it can be improved. Sometimes the roads are too crowded and frustrating.

Good things here

market's are easily reachable to everyone of family members even old members can go without any problem. Well specialised hospital are also there and school. No history recorded yet there. Transportation are also good and reachable. No problem of electricity in area.
