In 1988, Managing Director, Ch. Ramachandra Reddy and Executive Director, B.Venugopal , as Civil Engineers founded a structural consultancy firm called Ram and Venu Associates which over time provided consultancy services of Structural Designing to over 100 buildings, including notable projects in twin cities and Vishakapatnam. Later, In the year 1990, they established R.V. Constructions, taking their first step into the construction industry. Moving ahead, R.V.Constructions and an other construction firm, Vivekananda Constructions, merged and R.V.Nirmaan Private Limited was incorporated in the year 1995. Led by a team of experienced technocrats, R.V.Nirmaan Private Limited has evolved into an established company with several Landmark Projects to its acclaim in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Over the last 2 Decades, we have executed numerous projects, to a tune of over 25 Lakh Square Feet, with distinctive amenities successfully. They have always aimed at providing excellence in Qualitative construction within budgetary requirements and time deadlines Because, Quality has always been the priority, their project execution has always been with special emphasis on proper drinking water facilities, ventilation, enhanced space utility, sufficient parking areas and the comfort of a green environment, coupled with state of the art amenities and a luxurious gated community living.
