Good things here

Public transportation available. Lot of trees and gardens in area. Safe for women. No crimes last few years. Nearby malls and restaurants.

It is a very secured and decent locality. It is an affordable locality. Waterlogging problem during monsoon. My locality is very peaceful. The internal and main roads are very clean and well-maintained.
