Connectivity. Greenery. Society. Roads. Near to airport. Market near society. Livable and well connected

Things need improvement

Legalities are not ok for such flats(multiple flats on same floor). Check carefully before buying such flats.

nice place to live and peaceful with lush green area not too much croud and one of good area to live presently

Road is not proper, builder and government should work on raod and sewage problem should solve all other things are good to live

The best part of this locality is there are so many beautiful spots for spending peaceful time with our friends and family. Additionally, this location is surrounded by plenty of trees. The parks are clean and well maintained. The roads are wide which reduces most of the traffic jams. The shopping malls, gym are at walkable distance.

Things need improvement

The major problem in our locality is the streets are not properly maintained because some plastic, garbage are thrown beside the roads. The drainage is not closed properly and there is more smell while walking through it . There is very less street lights in this locality.

Good things here

Located in the middle of Palam Vihar, this property is a gem that blends all the modern livability with nature's tranquility. This property offers a unique living experience. It is park facing, has north-east direction, ample of parking space and sometimes also gets peacocks!

Things need improvement

Actually, there is absolutely nothing to dislike here. Everything is nearby - hospitals, schools, markets, cool places to hang and above all - nature's greenery & peace of mind.
