Good things here
There is an easy access of the public transport facilities such as buses, autos, rickshaws. Roads are well built and maintained. Malls, shopping complexes and hospitals are also nearby to the society. Society offers various amenities like lifts, cctvs and they are in well working conditions. The construction quality of the society is top notch, there are no seepage or leakage problems in the society. There are Gardens and parks available in the society. People living here are cooperative, friendly and well educated.
Things need improvement
There is no paint that has been done in the society. Also, it's been a long time since last white washing. Society should focus on regular whitewashing and painting. Amenities like Swimming pools, club houses are not available in the society.

Transportation connectivity is good, being only 100 meters away from the main road. Maintenance is satisfactory, with a power backup facility, and water supply is ensured through municipal water connection and an underground bore. There are no issues with water logging or drainage. The construction quality is good, due to recent repairs. The residents are friendly and cooperative, and there is a small garden in the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubs are not available within the society.
