The roads are in good shape, and public transportation choices like as buses, cars, and taxis are easily accessible. There is also adequate connection. We enjoy every holiday together, and the neighbors are lovely and amiable. The market and hospital are close by, which increases convenience. There are no termite problems, leaks, or seepage, and the construction quality is superb. Good plaster, fittings, and ventilation are features of homes. Every homeowner has access to a parking space, and the utilities electricity and water are dependable, and there is frequent rubbish collection. CCTV cameras and a security guard are present, and elevators are maintained and serviced. In addition, the group has a garden.read more

I appreciate that public transport, such as auto-rickshaws, is easily available, making commuting convenient. The maintenance of the area is commendable, with cleaning done on time. Additionally, the friendly and cooperative neighborhood adds to the pleasant living experience. The construction quality of the houses is also impressive, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The presence of a garden is a nice touch.read more

However, I do wish there were more amenities available. While the garden is a nice feature, the lack of a gym and clubhouse is a downside. Having these additional facilities would greatly enhance the living experience.read more

The residential complex of Himalaya Zircon 2 has provisions for parking but there are not enough spaces for visitors’ parking. This is one of the issues of this society. Otherwise, it is a well-maintained residential society.
