the empress apartment is one of the best residential project by arms real estate developers in nepania indore, i would like to say that all the amenities that essential for a peaceful and fulfilling lifestyle shch as swimming pool, club house,eqequate power supply,ample parking space,kids play area also if we talk about location hospital like bombay hospital,bank, and temple are located at a distance of 3 to 4 km

if we talk about dislike of this society i would like to say there is monopoly of network if you are lived there, there is no many option for internet there is only jio network available every alternate day network problem happen and they dont resolve it,they dont allow other network like airtel and bsnl

quality of materials used in constructing societies in nipaniya can very based on builders and developers festivals and cultural cultural holidays are likely celebrated with enthusiasm and community participation.. residence feeling about living in the society is differ based on personal experience ..but I love to reside there.. families with kids and pets may find the environment suitable depending on animities and space available .. society maintenance is very good with something well-kept but sometimes I face garbage disposal issues the quality of roads is very good.. traffic is not there but during monsoon due to rain roads condition frequently not likely according to my opinion.. overall it is very good location with peaceful environment..

roads condition during rainy season is quite disappointed sometimes and transportation issues amcan faced there sometimes but the locality is very nice and good greenery parks are also available..

This society is excellent society. I like this society too much. All services and facilities are too good. water comes daily on time and electricity supply remains constant always at everytime. I've never seen such a beautiful society before. All good schools, hospitals, malls, are so near within walking distance.

Such a amazing society I ever seen. All facilities are available from small to big. The area is very clean and hygnic. This is fully furnished society in low budget. Well maintained. There is no any issue of parking.

Houses in this society are so much beautiful. Sofa and beds are so comfortable.There is very low power cuts. outside of this society many good and famous restaurant are available for dinner and lunch. Schools, colleges and Malls are so near.

I have experience growth in residential and commercial development in nipaniya. the locality is very good. less crowded area. access to amenities like infrastructure ,Mall ,market ,schools, hospitals are also available and nearby. there is so much park where children can play and less traffic area .there is also many types of properties are available and have recent development. public transport are also available

less mobile network area, water shortage, bus facility is not available..you have to go in ola cabs rikshaw etc.. street lights are also less. which create darkness in night
