Good things here
Metro is under construction cynar park metro station. Cabs are available. Roads were broken earlier but now it is fine, they have worked on it. Gym, swimming pool and club house is clean amd always available. Neighbours are cooperative but we dont communicate alot with people.
Things need improvement
Construction quality i cant assure but still i can say it is not that good as it could be. There was seepage because on 12th floor water was falling during rain on that floor. Water supply is not good though water treatment plant is there. still need to call plumber very frequesntly.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. There are some malls nearby the society. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. People are educated and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are not available outside the society, the connectivity is a major issue around the society. Locally there are no public transportations available. There is a renowned school near the society for that also personal vehicle or school buses has to be used, public transport is not available. Even if we go by auto it becomes very expensive. Metro station is under construction but it is very far from the society. Around the society there many factories and industrial areas are there from which black smoke and inductrial wastes are released, and it creates massive air pollution. After coming in this society mostly all of us are suffering from allergies. There's a lot of drainange issues that's faced in the society. The construction quality of the buildings very poor, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the apartments. Also wall quality is very bad. During rainy season water comes inside my appartment as the windows are also properly not made and everything gets destroid. Tiles provided are also not good. club house is not available in the society. Community hall is very small, it can hold upto 20 to 25 people.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Management works very good in maintaining the society. CCTV cameras are installed. 2 Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. Parking space are assigned to each residents. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Community hall is also available. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Stray dog issues are not faced inside the premises of the society. The society has got peaceful environment.

There are no such issues that needs to be resolved in the society.

Auto, cabs mil jaata hai society ke bahar se. He said log bohot acche hain society, helpful & friendly. Lifts are working fine, garbage time se collect & dispose hota hai. Generator bhi hai society mein. Balconies hai flats mein, sunlight & ventilation accha hai.

Auto, cabs milta hai lekin options limited hain destination ke. Journey breakdown karke jaana padta hai. No metro nearby the society. Seepage ka issues hai thoda. Drainage properly built nahi hai jitna hona chahiye society mein. Amenities utna nahi hai jitna promised tha. No indoor games in society. Swimming pool jaisa design diya tha waisa nahi hai. Builder ki taraf se kaafi issues hain. Gym and clubhouse hai lekin bohot chota hain. 20 logo se zyada ka koi event nahi ho sakta tha clubhouse mein.

pass mai auto ,cab , buses miljati hai. sabji market ,mall pass mai hai. plumber nad electrician raat ke 10 baje tak rehete hai. security guard itni achhi hai ki agar kisiko medical emergency ajaye raat ke 2-3 baje security bohot jada help karte hai. ventilation intni achhi hai ki sare flats mai fresh air and sunlight aati hai. lift ke andaar rechargeble light laga hai taki log panic na kare electricity jane pe. hindu and muslim , pnjabi ke sare festival manate hai. swiming pool , gym,club house bhi hai. tennis , cricket ground bhi hai. garbage collection bhi time se hoti hai.

society ki construction quality average hai kiun ki jab jada tej barish hoti hai toh window se paani andaar aati hai , flat vig jata hai. water supply mai thoda problem hai. society ke bahar ka jo road hai wo kabhi kabhi kharab hoti hai. 5-10 min kabhi kabhi traffic lagti hai.garbage cleaning mai thoda dikkat hai.

It is worth the price to buy homes in this project as the infrastructure quality is good and you never face any problems related to the connectivity. As a result, the homes are well-built, and maintenance is done on a regular basis. You do not need to be concerned about safety or security because they are well taken care of. One of the issues you may encounter is that being out late at night is not always safe. Almost all of the major schools and colleges are within walking distance.

This project has 3 and 4 sides open apartments. The condition of the roads is very good and the constructions of the homes are well done. gym, park with lots of greenery does not let you go outside for your daily needs. It is a premium project that is developed at a well-connected location that is well connected to all the major roads. Regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras, and the presence of professional security make it safer for the residents.

Markets, shopping malls, schools, colleges and other facilities like swimming pools, golf courses, jogging parks are well maintained. The connectivity is too good as all cab services can be availed in n time along with public transport services which are just a walk away distance. Parking space is enough to accommodate residents as well the visitors who never face any problem in the dedicated parking area. there is a metro station nearby.

Good connectivity is the major plus point of this project along with well-built homes and other infrastructure. The most impressive thing about this society is its security system. There are two guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Other facilities, like 24*7 water supply and power back-up, are also available. You will find a shopping mall, markets, banks, ATMs, are nearby. The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here.

The accommodation is very well-appointed and maintained to a high standard. This is an excellent place to live for families, as there are several schools nearby, and the shops and restaurants are just five minutes away. The outside view is just awesome and makes you feel relaxed. It is a perfect project for living life peacefully because everything is available right inside the society, like a grocery shop, gym, ATMs, a children's park, and other amenities.

This area is very beautiful and clean. Most of the facilities are available nearby.There is a school nearby and it provides good education. this residency is quite good because it have good electric connection,water Accebilty and also have enough space for walking and many more, there is also nearby super specialty hospital,good rated school and teaching center. main road is not too distance to going and cab or taxi also available near railway station. and lastly there have good rated malls and daily needed stores.

There are several new residential projects coming up in Rajarhat. The neighbourhood is good and decent and livability is good. There are good schools, hospitals, shopping malls, parks and gardens in the locality. The locality is a bit far away from the central parts of Kolkata but the amenities on offer in this area compensate for its location.

Rajarhat is clean, green and open and in the developed area very close to the airport. The entire area of Rajarhat and New Town are the prime developed areas of Kolkata.
