Good things here

Mota Varachha is a very rich and beautiful area. This area is clean and very close to nature. Everyone here is good, and everyone is very helpful. Good Public Transport No Traffic Jam Nearby Easy Cab/Auto Availability Well-maintained Roads Good Schools are nearby Markets at a walkable distanceread more

Things need improvement

This area is close to a thermal power plant and a railway line, resulting in noise pollution. There is no metro line nearby Mota Varachha.read more

It's a rapidly developing locality, with plenty of new businesses and residential projects coming up. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly, and the community is vibrant with festivals and cultural events being celebrated.read more

Things need improvement

One downside of Mota Varachha is the increasing traffic during peak hours, as the area becomes more populated. Some parts of the neighborhood are still under construction, which can lead to noise and dust. Additionally, parking can be an issue in busy areas, and public transport services could be more frequent to accommodate the growing population.read more

mota varachha is geographically not at the center of the city its at its side so less traffic and less crouded and spacious. quiet peaceful residential areas and easy to reach other parts of city with good connectivity. and its also well planned area as its still developping place many construction project are now here still going on as of 2024.read more

there are few plots of farm used for wedding events and those plots are near residential areas here which leads to noisc pollution problems.read more
