It is a nice locality. There are shops, CCI Club, ATM, medical store, hospitals, and schools near the area. Crimes reports are low. It is a safe area. There are no power cuts in the area. It is an expensive place.

It is one of the most premium locations of Mumbai. Shops, hospitals, schools, markets, and every other thing is available in the locality. Marine drive is 5 minutes walk away from the area. Roads are well maintained.

No power issues in the area. The street lights are also proper. The area is safe even at night. Many famous tourist spots like Gateway of India, Chhatarpati Shivaji Terminus, National Gallery of Modern Art, etc., are present in the area.
